Authentication Updates Released!

Our upgraded authentication system is now live across the NEO suite. It's more secure, easier to use across products, and gives organisations more control.

What's changed

• Two-factor authentication. Optional 2FA via authenticator app or email code. Off by default; turn it on for your own account anytime, or ask us to enforce it organisation-wide.
• Cross application sign in. Sign in once and switch between apps without signing in again.
  For this to work with QueryTool or NEOexpress, you need a new installer. Contact us for a copy.
• QueryTool email logins. QueryTool now supports the same individual logins as the rest of the suite. Contact us for the updated installer. Existing API logins are unaffected.
• New data service API keys. A more secure API key option is now available. Existing keys keep working, and we'll contact data service customers with details.

• A self-service portal for nominated access managers to manage users and api keys in your organisation.
• Enterprise SSO integration
