How to setup 2FA

1. Login to either NEOmobile.com.au or NEOpoint.com.au
2. Open the dropdown menu in the top left
3. Select Manage Your Profile. This will open the user management page for your profile
4. Select Two-factor authentication (2FA)
5. Select Add two-factor
6. Then just follow the form instructions for connecting your prefered 2FA method
